Dr. Agarwal is the Chief Plastic Surgeon at Vivekananda Polyclinic and Institute of Medical Sciences, Lucknow, where he heads the Department of Plastic, Microvascular, and Craniofacial surgery. He also maintains practices at Avadh and Nishat Hospital, and his own centre — Kayakriti Plastic Surgery & Dental Centre.
He was formerly Consultant in the Department of Plastic Surgery and Burns at SGPGI, Lucknow — one of India's top government research hospitals.
